Myths.ink is a writing platform designed for authors. We provide tools to help you write books and export them in self-publishing and manuscript formats. Our platform also includes AI writing assistance features to enhance your writing experience.
User Accounts
To use Myths.ink, you need to create an account. We offer three tiers: a free tier, a Basic tier for $5 per month, and a Premium tier for $10 per month. The paid tiers unlock additional features, including AI assistance. There are no age restrictions for using our platform.
Subscription and Payment
If you choose a paid tier, you will be charged monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
User Content and Intellectual Property
Any content you create on Myths.ink, such as your stories, remains your property. However, by using our platform, you agree not to upload or share any copyrighted material that you do not have the rights to. In the future, when sharing features are implemented, you must ensure that any content you make public does not infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.
Privacy and Data
To sign up, you need to provide an email address. You can optionally provide your name, address, and phone number, which are used solely to autofill your manuscript submissions and are not used by us for any other purpose. We do not share your personal information with third parties.

The Myths.ink logo, branding, and software are our intellectual property and may not be used without our permission.
Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted from our servers.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Myths.ink is provided ‘as-is’ without any warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or any other type of damage.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Myths.ink will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of Myths.ink after such changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
